WorkIQ is the sister business to PerformHR providing a virtual HR team for businesses or individuals seeking advice for any HR-related issue they're facing. Ronnoco were engaged to develop a brand identity and website experience that would complement PerformHR but also feel distinct given the different target audiences and overall offering.
Taking the approach of developing a design system for PHR, WorkIQ and any future additions to their portfolio, we were able to take the core identity elements and adjust the colour palette and imagery style to suit target audiences. WorkIQ is aimed at start ups and small businesses whilst PHR is focused on reaching out to business leaders seeking a bespoke approach to people strategy. Further development of an iconography system to represent their offering injects personality into the identity and sets WorkIQ apart from the mothership.
