Ronnoco were engaged to initiate and develop a brand refresh that would elevate their positioning, complement their extensive growth strategy and provide them with a firm foundation to see them confidently into the future.
Following our discovery process where we dug deep into core focus and audiences, our attention turned to the market recognition of the previous brand. Evolving the brand look and feel was key to elevating their positioning whilst being mindful of current audience recognition. A clean and simple evolution of the brand mark using Sassy Green and Leader Grey formed the foundation of the identity, deliberately designed to sit quietly behind bold typography that expressed their positioning and focus. The bright, fresh website experience explores their focus and positioning 'People strategy for brave business leaders' balancing aesthetics and usability with a core requirement to meet the needs of their content-led marketing strategy. Subsequent roll-out across digital collateral is aided by an extensive Brand Resource defining the experience across all touchpoints to ensure consistency is upheld.
