Recruitment Revolution approach recruitment differently. At the core of their philosophy is the treatment of candidates and employers with equal respect and offering a guarantee of service to each of them. Ronnoco were engaged to create a brand identity that represented their core philosophy, clearly communicated their disruptive approach and enabled growth outside of Newcastle and the Hunter region.

Approach

Taking 'equal respect' as the foundation of the logotype and extended brand identity, we chose a bold colour palette and a simple, engaging approach to the positioning proposition to attract candidates and employers.
