ONE is a premium residential offering by Newcastle’s leading independent residential, commercial, and industrial property builder and developer, GWH. The development offers luxurious resort-style living, enhanced by a generous array of lifestyle-enriching facilities and sets a new benchmark in the region. Ronnoco were engaged to develop a premium feel identity, website and brochure to support the GWH marketing team's marketing strategy.
Taking inspiration from the name, we crafted a simple mark which represents the 'jewel in the crown' and responds to the primary positioning 'at one with luxury, lifestyle & community.' We coupled this with a luxury colour palette befitting the quality of the development, a modern elegant semi-serif and an overall clean, architectural-led design aesthetic to allow the imagery to sing. A hi-build UV treatment of the brand pattern was also used on the brochure to further exemplify the premium nature of the ONE apartments.
