Keystone Lawyers are a team of legal specialists working in construction and commercial law. Their expertise and strong reputation, combined with a caring yet no-nonsense approach, is what helps them attract clients in Newcastle, Sydney and from overseas. In the lead up to their 10th birthday, Ronnoco were engaged to take a fresh look at their brand identity and develop a website that consolidates their achievements, expresses their personality and provides a platform for their business growth.


Our discovery process started with an open discussion with the Keystone team about what makes them tick as a firm and how this is reflected in their personality. Their approach to legal work is far from stuffy so we took the time to draw out what this meant for them and their clients. To develop these initial conversations further we conducted discovery questionnaires and interviews with the senior team to create the positioning, content and structure for their site. Capturing their family personality through a series of relaxed and engaging photoshoots further helped to tell their personal story of their shared commitment to their clients. For the brand refresh, we simply changed their name to Keystone reflecting their reputation and confidence, expanded their colour palette beyond a singular dark blue to provide flexibility and depth in their brand collateral.
