Brief

Pioneered in Australia over 20 years ago, Facilities First deliver cleaning and maintenance services to 3,000+ sites nationwide across multiple sectors including Government, Health, Hospitality, Commercial and Retail. Following an introduction by our good friends Zimple, Ronnoco were engaged to develop a strategic approach to their re-brand and positioning that builds upon their roots and provides a forward-thinking identity for one of the fastest growing facility management service providers in Australia.

Approach

Following an internal redefinition of their purpose, values and why Facilities First were clear that care is at the heart of everything they do. We first refined their purpose statement into an all-encompassing positioning tagline 'Your places, our care' that was non-sector specific and set them up for future growth. Taking inspiration from this foundation we then developed the Care Diamond brandmark, a combination of two F's brought together to represent their commitment to quality, teamwork and care. The subsequent development of brand guidelines and rollout of the brand across all online and offline touchpoints maintains a clean and bold aesthetic that defines Facilities First as a company founded in delivering clean, safe and well-maintained environments for their clients.
