For over 60 years the highly respected not-for-profit organisation Anglican Care have provided community focused aged care services throughout the Hunter, Central Coast and Mid Coast regions. While their focus and presence is local, many of their innovative ideas and programs have contributed towards improving the standards of aged care services nationally. Ronnoco were engaged to design and develop a new website, in conjunction with their internal repositioning program, that tells the story of their focus on care and provides detailed service information through a simple and intuitive experience entirely appropriate for their audiences
Working closely with the Anglican Care marketing team, we first mapped out the extensive content sitemap to ensure the user experience was concise, consistent and intuitive across all areas of the new website. Access to relevant content under each service was a primary motivation behind the mid navigation solution providing target audiences with related information. We then designed a bright, identity-led, image-rich visual experience with plenty of warmth to reflect the organisations focus on their core brand positioning 'Every Moment Matters'.
