121 Elder is a boutique residential development by GWH, located in the heart of Lambton Village and consisting of 15 residential apartments, 3 retail spaces and a separate commercial building. With easy access to local cafes, restaurants and boutiques, the premium development offers the opportunity to enjoy the lifestyle of a warm urban community and ease of sophisticated apartment living. Ronnoco were engaged to develop a brand identity for the development that is appropriate for the target demographic and flexible enough to apply across online, press, brochure and environment.
Taking inspiration from the architectural lines of the proposed design, we developed a brand language across the mark, colour palette and associated typography that is simple, clean and contemporary. Applying the brand across all customer touchpoints including the website, brochure, press and pre-build location graphics ensures a consistent experience for the target demographic.
