Your templates are built specifically for your business in your Canva Pro account, so you own them and can keep using them again and again.

We keep the process simple, personal and practical, so you know what is happening at every step.

  1. Contact - complete the form below and tell us about your requirements.

  2. Chat - we will book an online meeting to learn about your business, what you are trying to achieve, and whether the package is the right fit.

  3. Supply - after the call, we will email you exactly what we need from you, including your logo, style guide, fonts, images, and existing brand assets.

  4. Design - we design your branded templates within your Canva Pro account, using your business’s brand identity.

  5. Review - you review the templates and let us know if you want any changes.

  6. Learn - we provide a short video showing you how to use your templates.

  7. Roll out - you start using your templates in the real world, creating designs that stay consistent with your brand.

  8. Check in - four weeks after your templates are supplied, we book a follow-up call to see how you are going and whether you need any extra support.

Brand Foundation Package

Brand kit set up + social templates

Complete Canva Brand Kit set up, including:

  • Logos and icons

  • Colour palette

  • Brand fonts

  • Brand style sheets

  • Brand elements/graphics

Social tiles, including:

  • 6 x static social media templates (Facebook, Instagram and/or LinkedIn)

  • 2 x Reel templates (Facebook/Instagram)

  • 1 x LinkedIn/Facebook Business Cover template

Investment

$1200 +GST

We can also design additional branded templates to suit your business, including:

  • Email banners

  • PDF carousels

  • Flyers

  • Presentations

  • Campaign graphics

  • Additional social media templates

  • Other branded templates specific to your business

Looking for email marketing support? We can also quote a Mailchimp template package, including branded email layouts in Mailchimp and editable supporting assets created in Canva.

Template upgrades

Need more than the Brand Foundation Package?

Talk to us about what you need, and we will provide a bespoke quote to cover your template requirements.

Logos must be supplied in vector EPS format. If unavailable, a quote can be provided to recreate the logo once reviewed.

Custom fonts can only be uploaded to Canva if they are appropriately licensed for your business. Alternatively, a suitable Canva font will be selected to align with your brand.

All elements/graphics are professionally designed in Adobe Creative Suite and uploaded to your Canva Brand Library, ensuring your templates are completely bespoke to your business.

All templates are designed within the client’s Canva account.

Copy, logos and photographs are to be supplied by the client unless otherwise quoted.

Additional template requirements, copywriting, logo recreation, image sourcing or extra design work will be quoted separately.
